1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is

not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep

the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance

to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.

To avoid re hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance

to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under

water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning

Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the

plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down

before cleaning.

To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.

• The heater must not be located immediately under an outlet.

• Do not use this heater near a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

• Using a PTC (positive temperature coeicient) ceramic heating

appliance enables changing the power automatically according to

the room temperature.

2.2. Product usage

Assembling method

1. Remove the appliance from the package.

2. Carefully place it on a stable oor, correct side up.

3. Remove the packaging, including the master device (1 pcs) and the

remote control (1 pcs); the appliance’s base is not-detachable.

4. Place the appliance in the upright position, on an even and stable

surface.

Using the Buttons

1. Plug the appliance in. After emitting a sound, it will have entered

standby mode. The power indicator lamp will light up and all other

features and displays will be locked.

2. Standby mode. Under this mode, all key pressing is invalid except

for the key. Press this key and the appliance will start working. Press

it again and the appliance will stop working. The appliance has the

following default setting after switching it on:

a) PTC heating: Turn on the function and switch between low and high

b) Swing: Turn the function on and o

c) Timer: Activates the function. Automatically set to 0 h (no set timer)

and “h” indicator is o

d) Temperature: Displays the room temperature when operating

e) Fan: Turn on the function and switch between low and high

f) Temperature setting: Automatically set to 25 ° C.

3. When the appliance is working, press the key to shift the PTC

from low heating to high heating. Press it a second time to switch back

to low heating.

a) Working at low heating: the low heating indicator light is on (the

high heating indicator is o).

b) Working at high heating: Both low and high heating levels are

active and the high heating indicator light is on. The function starts

working 10 seconds after.

4. When the appliance is working, press the key to change the fan from low

to high fan power. Press it a second time to switch back to low fan power.

a) Working at low fan power: low fan power indicator light is on.

b) Working at high fan power: high fan power indicator light is on.

Note: when changing between heating and cooling fan, press the

key and the cooling fan indicator will be o. Press the key again

and the heating indicator will be o (there is no cool fan function

when the PTC is working and there is no PTC heating function when

the cooling fan is working.)

5. When working, press the key to activate or deactivate the swing feature.

a) Press the swing button to activate the swing feature; the indicator

will be on.

b) Press the swing button again to deactivate the swing feature; the

indicator will be o.

Note: when in hot air mode, when the room temperature is higher than

the set temperature, the PTC will close and the fan will stop working

after 10 seconds. At this time, the swing feature will not be available.

6. When working, press the key to set the timer.

a) Enter the timer setting mode, press the key and the LED time

indicator h will light on and blink for 0.5 seconds. Then, press the

and keys to set the timer (within a range of 0-12 hours); each press

will add a 1 h increment. If you press the or keys for more than

2 seconds, the display will rapidly change, and you can set the timer

quickly.

b) In the timer setting mode, the timer that has been set before cannot

be changed. You can reset the time when pressing the and keys.

The new timer settings will take eect immediately.

c) If no keys are pressed after 5 seconds other than the and keys,

the LED display will show the room temperature.

d) If the timer is selected to any other number other than 0, the timer

will start (not shown). If the timer is selected to the number 0, the

appliance will switch o immediately and enter standby mode.

e) If the timer displays the number 0, then no timer has been set, the

timer indicator will be o and the LED display will show the current

room temperature.

f) Press the key when you nish setting the timer and it will enter

temperature setting.

7. When working, press the key to enter temperature setting.

a) Press the key and change the temperature by pressing the and

keys. Temperatures range between 15 ºC and 35 ºC and change at 1 ºC

increments with each press.

b) After entering temperature setting. You can reset the temperature

by pressing the and keys. Press the key to exit temperature

setting, and the temperature set will take eect immediately.

c) If no keys are pressed after 5 seconds other than the and

keys, the LED display will show the room temperature. When the

temperature is <10 ºC, it will display “LO”; when the temperature is >40 ºC,

it will display “HI”.

d) The device will not change the temperature within 10 s after being

switched on. After the device has been working for 10 s, if the room

temperature is higher than the set temperature, the PTC heating will

turn o, the low/high heating power light will be o and the fan will

be o after 10 seconds. If selected, the swing feature will stop. Other

features will remain unchanged. If the room temperature decreases to

less than 2 ºC in relation to the set temperature, the heating function

will start running again, as well as the fan & the swing features (if

previously selected). Other features will also be on.

e) When setting the time and temperature at the same time, the

display will alternate between showing the time and the room

temperature, at 30 second intervals. When the timing is not set, it will

only display the set temperature.

8. Continuous electric memory function: This function allows to keep

the last setting (except timer setting) if the heater is restarted. When

the equipment is working and if you press the key, it will enter in

standby mode and keep the last conguration it had before. After

pressing the key it will resume according to the saved conguration.

For example, under the high power heating condition before the device

shuts down, it will rst work for 10 seconds in low power, then convert

to high power with LED on when pressing the key again under

standby mode.

Note: this function will just work if the black power switch at the back

housing keeps on and power cord keeps plugged in.

9. When the appliance has been working continuously for 1 minute, the

display’s brightness will be reduced to 1/3 of its normal brightness. At

night time, the LED display light will be soft. The LED display’s light

brightness will be restored after operation.

10. over-heating protection function

when the temperature is over 55 ºC, the appliance will switch o

(LED lights will be o, timing will stop, swing & PTC will stop and the

appliance fan will be o after 10 seconds). When the room temperature

drops to under 45 ºC, the appliance will resume working by human

operation but it will not restore any functions automatically. If the

temperature is above 45 ºC,

the appliance will restart but it will turn o automatically. In normal

operation without a timer, the appliance will turn o automatically after

continuous operation for 12 hours, which begins timing from the last

button press.

Using the remote control

1. Remove the battery door located on the back of the remote control

(see Picture 1).

2. Pay attention to the battery polarity and insert the battery on the

round tray (see Picture 2).

3. Push the battery door into the remote control.

2.3. Maintenance

Make sure the device is switched o before cleaning or maintenance.

• Before performing any maintenance task, unplug the appliance and

make sure the heater has cooled down.

• Use a soft cloth to wipe the dust o the heater’s surface. If the

surface is too dirty, clean it with some water at a temperature lower

than 50 ºC with some neutral detergent and use a soft cloth the

clean it and dry it out.

• Do not use gasoline, thinner and any other products alike as they

may easily damage the surface.

• Before packing it, let the appliance cool down and dry up. Place it in

dry and ventilated place.

reliability. However, if a problem occurs do not attempt to open the

appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock. If you are not able to solve

the problem, please contact the Customer Support Service of any

Worten, Modelo or Continente store in order to be assisted. Worten

Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing

defects from the date of purchase of the appliance.

WARNING: any attempt to repair the appliance without contacting the

manufacturer or seller will void the warranty.

1.1. Fuente de alimentación

Compruebe que la tensión de la red eléctrica es compatible con la

indicada en el aparato. En caso de que no sea compatible, consulte al

Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

1.2. Cable de alimentación y otros cables

No enrolle el cable de alimentación ni tire de él para desenchufar el

aparato. Asimismo, manténgalo alejado de supercies calientes.

Nunca utilice este aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados.

En su lugar, llévelo a un Servicio de Atención al Cliente para que

proceda a su sustitución.

1.3. Humedad y agua

No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el aparato se

moje en ninguna circunstancia, pues puede ser peligroso. Para evitar el

peligro de incendio o descarga eléctrica, no exponga el aparato al agua

o la humedad. Asimismo, no sumerja el aparato en agua (por ejemplo,

para limpiarlo).

1.4. Limpieza

Antes de proceder a la limpieza del aparato, apáguelo y desconecte el

cable de la corriente. Deje siempre que el aparato se enfríe antes de

efectuar cualquier operación de limpieza.

Para limpiar el exterior del producto, utilice únicamente un paño suave

y seco.
