PREPARINGTORUNTHEUPDATEPROGRAM

1. Downloadtheuploadprogramfromthewebsite.  

2. PrepareanemptyUSBflashdriveandconnectittothePC.

3. Copy the update program (NHPSETUP.PRG) directly to the top (root) directory of the

USBflashdrive,andnottoafolder.



4. RemovetheUSBflashdriveaftercopyingiscomplete.



Notice

Do not turn the  power off and do not remove the USB flash drive during the  installation.

DoingsomaycorruptthedataandcausetheFormatoperationtonotbeex ecutedproperly.

Sincethedisplaysshowninthismanualareforinstructionalpurposesonly,theversionthat

appearsonthedisplaymayvaryfromtheupdateprogram.



1. Turnthe power switch off,and theninsertthe USBflash drivecontaining theupdate

programintotheUSBTODEVICEterminal.



2. Whileholdingdownthe[PLAY/STOP]button,turnthepowerswitchon.Keepholding

downthe[PLAY/STOP]buttonuntilthefollowingscreensappear.

=> （bootprogramversion.e.g.0.01）



3. Pressthe[PLAY/STOP]buttonafterthefollowingscreensappear.

 <=>

(Versionoftheprogramtobeinstalled.e.g.2.00)



4. Pressthe[PLAY/STOP]buttonagainafterthefollowingscreensappear.



5. Duringinstallation,thefollowingmessagesappear.

 =>=>=>

 =>=>…



6. Afterinstallationiscomplete(thefollowingmessageappears),turnoffthepower.



7. WhileholdingdowntheC7key,turnonthepoweragaintoclearbackupdata.

Themessage“CLr”appears.



8. Youcanturnoffthepowerwhenthemessagedisappears.



Theprogramupdateisnowcomplete.



HOWTOCHECKTHEVERSION



1. Turnonthepower.

2. Whileholdingdown[FUNCTION],presstheB5key .



3. Thecurrentversionappearsonthedisplay.

 （mainprogramversion.e.g.2.00）



4. Turnoffthepower.

TROUBLESHOOTING



ThepowerwasturnedoffortheUSBflashdrivewasremovedbeforetheinstallationprocessis

completed.

‐> You need to reinstall the program. Go back to the beginning and follow the

instructionstepsagain.



Anerrormessageappearsandinstallationcannotbedone.

‐>Pleasecheck:

・ IstheUSBflashdriveinsertedcorrectly?

・ MakesurethereisnodustordirtontheUSBterminal.

・ IsthedataintheUSBmemoryortheUSBflashdriveitselfdeleted?

 TryinstallingagainwithadifferentUSBflashdrive.
