You must clean the unit regularly and remove any food
debris. Otherwise the surface may be damaged and affect
the lifetime of the equipment or cause injury. Follow
these steps for effective cleaning:
Turn off and unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet before cleaning.
Clean up spills of food or liquid on the walls of the
microwave with a damp cloth. If there is
a lot of dirt you can use a mild detergent. Avoid
using sprayed or aggressive detergent, as they
may stain, scratch or darken the door surface.
Clean the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
To avoid causing damage to internal operating
parts, be careful not to let water into the vents.
Clean both sides of door and window, door seals
and adjacent parts with a damp cloth to remove any
splashes or spills. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Do not allow the control panel to become wet.
Use a soft damp cloth to clean it, leaving the door
open to prevent the unit to switch on accidentally.
In case of the device operating in high
humidity environments, it is possible to accumulate
steam in or around the exterior of the door the
microwave. If this happens, wipe with a soft cloth.
