INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the oven on a flat surface that sup-
ports high temperatures, away from easily
flammable substances and with sufficient
space around its external walls.
Insert the plug into a suitable socket to
receive it.
Setting the cooking temperature
To set the desired cooking temperatu-
re, according to the dishes you intend to
cook, (from 90 ° C to 230 ° C) turn the se-
lector clockwise (F)
Setting the cooking time
To set the cooking time, position the ar-
row of the timer selector (E) on the coo-
king time chosen according to the dishes
you intend to cook.
Once the set cooking time has elapsed,
the oven will emit an acoustic signal and
switch off automatically.
When setting the timer to less than 2.5
minutes, first turn it to a position greater
than 5 minutes and then return it to the
chosen time.
The oven can be turned off manually du-
ring cooking by turning the timer selector
(E) anticlockwise until it reaches position
“0”
USE
Before using the oven for the first time,
heat the vacuum for about 10 minutes.
During this operation, smoke may form
and perceive an unpleasant burnt smell, it
is not a symptom of malfunction, but is
part of the manufacturing process. From
the second use this will no longer happen.
Preheating
Set the timer selector (E) to 5 - 10 minutes.
The oven will automatically turn off at the
end of the selected time.
Inserting the food into the oven
ATTENTION: the oven walls are now hot
and if touched, they can cause burns.
When you open the door the grill will come
out being incorporated in the oven and
connected to the glass support. Arran-
ge the food to be cooked on the pan (N)
which will be placed on the wire rack (L)
or directly on the wire rack (L). Close the
door. After cooking, open the door again
and remove the cooked food.
Through the glass door it is possible to
check the correct cooking process.
After use or before cleaning the appliance,
always disconnect the plug from the po-
wer supply.
CLEANING
Before any cleaning operation, switch off
the oven, remove the plug from the socket
and wait for the oven and all its compo-
nents to cool completely.
Never immerse the oven in water.
Do not use steam cleaners to clean the
oven.
To wash the individual components that
come into contact with food, use only de-
tergents compatible with food products.
Do not use abrasive and corrosive clea-
ning solutions or tools that could scratch
the surfaces, even metal wools and abra-
sive sponges must never be used. The use
of these products, damaging the internal
surfaces and affecting the protective layer
of the oven, favor a rapid deterioration of
the appliance making it vulnerable to the
formation of rust and stains.
Any food residue or liquid splash on the
internal surfaces or on the heating ele-
ments can be removed with a damp cloth.
More stubborn residues can be treated
with a mild dish detergent.
The grill, the dripping pan, the pan and
the skewer (if present), must be cleaned as
follows: first remove any residual dirt with
a damp cloth, then wash the components
