Important Warnings
Before using your appliance read these instructions manual

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the
appliance’s. If this is not the case, please consult the
Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance.
Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow
the appliance to become wet under any circumstances
as this may be dangerous. To avoid re hazard or electric

CONNECTING THE VIDEO BABY MONITOR
NOTES
• The rechargeable battery is pre-installed in your parent unit.
• Use only the power adapters supplied with this product.
• Make sure the video baby monitor is not connected to an electric
outlet controlled by a switch.
• Connect the power adapters in a vertical or floor mount position
only. The adapters’ prongs are not designed to hold the weight of
baby monitor, so do not connect them to any ceiling, under-the-
table or cabinet outlets. Otherwise, the adapters may not properly
connect to the outlets.
• Make sure the parent unit, the baby unit and the power adapter
cords are out of reach of children.

POWERING ON/ OFF THE VIDEO BABY MONITOR
1. Slide the ON/OFF switch to power on or o your baby unit.

CAUTION
• The default volume of your parent unit is level 3, and the maximum
volume is level 5. If you experience high-pitched screeching noise
from your baby monitor while positioning it:
- Make sure your baby unit and parent unit are more than 1 meter
apart, OR
- Turn down the parent unit’s volume.
NOTE
• To avoid interference from other electronic devices, place your baby
monitor at least 1 meter away from devices such as wireless routers,
microwaves, cell phones and computers.

STATUS CHECK
Once you power on both your baby unit and parent unit, your parent
unit displays image from the baby unit, and the connection status
displays on the LCD screen.
The POWER LED light of baby unit turns on.
BASIC OPERATION
PARENT UNIT
Adjust speaker volume
Press the VOL / VOL buttons to adjust your parent unit’s speaker
volume. Even if you have set the parent unit volume to the maximum,
you may not hear sound from the baby unit; it depends on the
sensitivity setting.
Zoom
Press the button to zoom in or out.
Talk to your baby unit
Press and hold the button and speak to your parent unit. Your
voice is transmitted to the baby unit.

Use the menu
Press the button to enter the menu, choose a menu item or save a
setting. You can use the parent unit for advanced settings or operations,
such as to adjust the bay unit sound sensitivity or the temperature
range for alerts.
While in the menu:
• Press either the or button to scroll through the menu
options.
• Press either the or button to enter the desired submenu.
• Press either the or button to enter the desired submenu.
• Press the button to confirm your selection.
• Press the button to exit the menu or submenu.
Set screen o timer
1. Press the button to enter the main menu when the parent unit
is idle.
2. Press either the or button to choose , then press either the
or button to open the submenu.
3. Press either the or button to choose the desired time period
to automatically turn o the screen ( / - 5 min./ - 30
min./ - 60 min.), then press the button to confirm your
selection.
NOTE
• Press any keys on the parent unit to turn on the screen again.

SOUND SENSITIVITY AND SOUND ACTIVATION
Sound sensitivity
The sound sensitivity setting allows you to choose to hear sounds
from the baby unit all the time, or to hear sound that exceed a certain
level. The default highest level Highest allows you to hear all sounds
(including background noises).
If you set the sound sensitivity to a lower level (e.g. Medium), you will
only hear sounds that exceed the selected level. The baby unit may not
detect soft sounds, and the parent unit speaker may remain quiet.

in the User’s manual.

Sound activation
When sound activation is on, the parent unit screen stays o to save
power when the baby unit detects no sound.
Once the baby unit detects sounds louder than the chosen sound
sensitivity level, the parent unit screen turns on automatically. It will then
turn o again after 50 seconds of no sound detection.
NIGHT VISION
The baby unit has infrared LEDs that allow you to see your baby clearly
at night or in a dark room. When the baby unit detects low light levels,
its infrared LEDs are switched on automatically. The images from the
baby unit are in black and white, and the symbol appears on the
screen.
NOTES
• It is normal if you see a short white glare on your parent unit screen
as the baby unit is adapting to the dark environment.
• When the infrared LEDs are on, the images are in black and white.
This is normal.
TIP
• Depending on the surroundings and other interfering factors, like
lightings, objects, colours and backgrounds, the display resolution
may vary. Adjust the baby unit’s angle or place the baby unit at a
higher level to prevent glare and blurry display.

MOUNTING THE BABY UNIT ON ALL (OPTIONAL)
Items to purchase
You will need to purchase the following items separately to mount your
baby unit:

• The types of screws and anchors you need depend on the wall
composition.

Use a pencil to mark two parallel
holes. Make sure they are equally
distant as the wall mount holes on
the baby unit.
Drill two holes in the wall. If you
drill the holes into a stud, go to
step 3.

If you drill the holes into an object
other than a stud, insert the wall
anchors into the holes. Tap gently
on the ends with a hammer until
the wall anchors are ush with the
wall.
Insert the screws into the holes
and tighten the screws until only
1/4 inch of the screws are exposed.
Align the wall mount holes on the
baby unit with the screws on the
wall. Slide the baby unit down until
it locks into place.
Adjust the camera angle.

Becken has designed this appliance in order to guarantee maximum
reliability. However, if a problem occurs do not attempt to open the
appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock. If you are not able to solve

Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing
defects from the date of purchase of the appliance.

Antes de encender el aparato, y a n de garantizar su
utilización de forma correcta y segura, no lo utilice si:
• Se ha caído al suelo;
• Nota alguna señal de daño;
• Se produce alguna anomalía durante su funcionamiento.
Para evitar posibles peligros y el deterioro del aparato
debido a un uso incorrecto, se recomienda que lea

2.1. Descripción del producto
CONTENIDO DE LA CAJA
1.3. Humedad y agua
No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el
aparato se moje en ninguna circunstancia, pues puede ser
peligroso. Para evitar el peligro de incendio o descarga
eléctrica, no exponga el aparato al agua o la humedad.
Asimismo, no sumerja el aparato en agua (por ejemplo, para
limpiarlo).
1.4. Limpieza
Antes de proceder a la limpieza del aparato, apáguelo y
desconecte el cable de la corriente. Deje siempre que el
aparato se enfríe antes de efectuar cualquier operación de
limpieza.
Para limpiar el exterior del producto, utilice únicamente un
paño suave y seco.

2.2. Utilización del producto
CONEXIÓN DEL VIGILABEBÉS
NOTAS
• La batería recargable está preinstalada en la unidad de los padres.
• Utilice únicamente los adaptadores de corriente suministrados con
este producto.
• Asegúrese de que el vigilabebés no esté conectado a una toma de
corriente controlada por un interruptor.
• Conecte los adaptadores de alimentación solo en una posición
vertical o de montaje en el suelo. Las puntas de los adaptadores no
están diseñadas para soportar el peso del vigilabebés, así que no las
conecte a ningún enchufe de techo, debajo de la mesa o del armario.
De lo contrario, es posible que los adaptadores no se conecten
correctamente a las tomas de corriente.
• Asegúrese de que la unidad de los padres, la unidad del bebé y los

POSICIONAMIENTO DEL VIGILABEBÉS

PRECAUCIÓN
• El volumen predeterminado de la unidad de los padres es el nivel 3,
y el volumen máximo, el nivel 5. Si experimenta un chirrido agudo
procedente del vigilabebés mientras lo coloca:
- Asegúrese de que la unidad de su bebé y la unidad de los padres
estén a más de 1 metro de distancia, O
- Baje el volumen de la unidad de los padres.
NOTA
• Para evitar interferencias de otros dispositivos electrónicos, coloque
el vigilabebés a una distancia mínima de 1 metro de dispositivos
como routers inalámbricos, microondas, teléfonos móviles y
ordenadores.

Hable con la unidad del bebé
Mantenga presionado el botón y hable a la unidad de padres. Su
voz se transmite a la unidad del bebé.
COMPROBACIÓN DEL ESTADO
Una vez que encienda tanto la unidad del bebé como la unidad de los
padres, la unidad de los padres mostrará la imagen de la unidad del
bebé y el estado de la conexión en la pantalla LCD.
Se iluminará la luz LED de ENCENDIDO de la unidad del bebé.
FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO
UNIDAD DE LOS PADRES
Ajuste del volumen del altavoz
Presione los botones VOL / VOL para ajustar el volumen del
altavoz de la unidad de padres. Aunque haya ajustado el volumen de
esta unidad al máximo, es posible que no oiga el sonido de la unidad
del bebé, pues depende del ajuste de sensibilidad.

SENSIBILIDAD SONORA Y ACTIVACIÓN DEL SONIDO
Sensibilidad sonora
El ajuste de la sensibilidad del sonido le permite elegir entre escuchar
los sonidos de la unidad del bebé todo el tiempo o solo escuchar
los sonidos que superan un determinado nivel. El nivel más alto por
defecto, el Highest, le permite escuchar todos los sonidos (incluyendo
los ruidos de fondo).
Si ajusta la sensibilidad del sonido a un nivel más bajo (por
ejemplo, Medium), solo escuchará los sonidos que superen el nivel
seleccionado. Es posible que la unidad del bebé no detecte sonidos
suaves y que el altavoz de la unidad principal permanezca en silencio.
Para más información, consulte Ajuste de la sensibilidad del sonido
de la unidad del bebé en el manual del usuario.
Uso del menú
Pulse el botón para entrar en el menú, seleccionar un elemento
del menú o guardar una configuración. Puede utilizar la unidad principal
para realizar ajustes u operaciones avanzadas como, por ejemplo, para
ajustar la sensibilidad del sonido de la unidad de posición o el rango de
temperatura para las alertas.
Una vez en el menú:
• Presione el botón o para desplazarse por las opciones del
menú.
• Pulse el botón o para entrar en el submenú deseado.
• Pulse el botón o para seleccionar un elemento.
• Pulse el botón para confirmar su selección.
• Pulse el botón para salir del menú o submenú.
Ajuste del temporizador de apagado de la pantalla
1. Pulse el botón para entrar en el menú principal cuando la
unidad de padres esté inactiva.
2. Pulse el botón o para seleccionar , y luego presione tanto
el botón como el botón para abrir el submenú.
3. Pulse tanto el botón o el botón para elegir el período de
tiempo deseado para apagar automáticamente la pantalla ( /
- 5 min./ - 30 min./ - 60 min.), a continuación, pulse
el botón para confirmar su selección.
NOTA
• Pulse cualquier tecla de la unidad principal para volver a encender la
pantalla.

VISIÓN NOCTURNA
La unidad del bebé tiene LED infrarrojos que le permiten ver
claramente a su bebé por la noche o en un cuarto oscuro. Cuando la
unidad del bebé detecta niveles de luz bajos, sus LED infrarrojos se
encienden automáticamente. Las imágenes de la unidad del bebé están
en blanco y negro, y el símbolo aparecerá en la pantalla.
NOTAS
• Es normal si observa un pequeño resplandor blanco en la pantalla
de su unidad de los padres mientras la unidad del bebé se adapta al
entorno oscuro.
• Cuando los LED infrarrojos están encendidos, las imágenes están en
blanco y negro. Esto es normal.
CONSEJO
• La resolución de la pantalla puede variar en función del entorno y
de otros factores de interferencia, como la iluminación, los objetos,
los colores y los fondos. Ajuste el ángulo de la unidad del bebé
o coloque la unidad del bebé a un nivel más alto para evitar el
resplandor y la visualización borrosa.
Activación del sonido
Cuando la activación del sonido está activada, la pantalla de la unidad
principal permanece apagada para ahorrar energía cuando la unidad del
bebé no detecta ningún sonido.
Una vez que la unidad del bebé detecta sonidos más altos que el nivel
de sensibilidad acústica elegido, la pantalla de la unidad principal se
enciende automáticamente. Luego se apagará de nuevo después de 50
segundos de no haber detectado ningún sonido.

Si taladra los agujeros en un objeto

Golpee suavemente los extremos con
un martillo hasta que los anclajes de
